We operate everything ourselves, from the kitchen pass to the boiler room. That keeps standards consistent and lets us move quickly when the right building comes along.

Three new openings on the way
We are opening in Jaipur and Kochi next year and have a second Bengaluru site in planning. Each one is a full refurbishment, from structure and services to the last light fitting.
- Jaipur: restaurant with 18 rooms in a restored haveli, early 2027
- Fort Kochi: event space and bar, late 2027
- Whitefield, Bengaluru: second restaurant, in planning
- Further sites: actively searching in Delhi NCR and Chennai
Who we are
Started in one building with seven floors
Seven Decker began in 2015 when we took on a seven-storey former textile mill building in Lower Parel, Mumbai. We put a restaurant on the ground floor, rooms on the floors above and an event space on the roof, and the name stuck.
A decade on, we are still independent, still run by the people who started it, and still choosing buildings first and concepts second.
